Job Description

ResponsibilitiesWorks closely with Managing director to set strategy for operations in alignment with overall objectives, allocated budgets, policies, risk guidelines and other parameters finalized by UFM Management teamIdentifies segments and potential customers, sets communication and operations objectives, and monitors the resultsForecasts department budgets in conjunction with the organizational budget and secures subsequent approval, tracks expenses, and ensures adherenceManage all company’s projects about studying, choosing customers and follow-up the business contracts in different sitesOversee all building operations, maintenance and major repairs in compliance with the building code and requirements. (HVAC, Roof, Irrigation, Electrical, Cameras and Plumbing)Insure all the building permits and inspections are secured in compliance with legal requirements. (fire, police, parking, elevator, irrigation systems and lighting)Insure building compliance for all facility audits, property and liability insurance auditsServe as liaison for Arts District safety patrol and Fire for all issues relating to closures, maintenance, safety and security issuesCoordinate and manage activities of all facility support staffCoordinate and oversee all company staff training activities for safety, security, evacuations, building lock down, gun safety and code complianceCoordinate and schedule all facility bookings and oversee all facility use for internal staff use, board meetings, special events, external rentals and studio rentalsManage office systems, office equipment and coordinate IT support needs for companySelect, engage and oversee all external contractors for building cleaning, waste disposal, catering, refurbishing interior, plumbing, exterminators, landscape maintenance and special repairsMonitor, order and procure supplies for building cleaning, maintenance and office operationsCoordinate technology support with IT personnel for parking lot payment systems and handle customer use (access and payment) issuesOversee staff parking lot assignments and building access and complianceDevelop budgets and track short-term and long-term facility expenses, equipment and resource needs of company and staffHandles all facility complaints and organizational customer service issues in a professional and courteous mannerPrimary focal point and for the coordination of all administrative activities of organizationPrepare contracts and handle sensitive legal, employment or company documentsQualifications10-15 years of post-qualification experience in business related jobcurrent or previous solid experience in running operations in Facility Management service provider companies , working in the field of running facilities services in compounds , malls ……Etc .Proven track record of leading business operations with similar scopeWork Location Cairo, Egypt.
