StevenDouglas is retained on an exceptional Director of FP&A career opportunity, which will provide a short term defined path to the CFO seat, in Austin, Texas.This is a “working” Director of FP&A reporting directly to the President.The Director of FP&A is a highly hands-on role, responsible for both strategic insight and day-to­ day execution. This leader will directly build and deliver financial models, dashboards, and analysis, while also guiding the broader FP&A function. The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of experience in fintech or banking and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where rolling up their sleeves is expected. They will serve as a key business partner to the executive team-providing insight, driving planning cycles, and turning data into decisions.Managing a small team, the Director of FP&A will own the budget, forecasting and all things “Finance” in this PE backed company.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Finance, or business related field, MBA preferred.Minimum 10 years of progressive experience within the Finance verticalExcel "expert""Presence"; ability, confidence and willingness to present to the C level and PE partners
