Director of Food And Beverage

The Director of Food and Beverage is a senior manager responsible for overseeing the operations and profitability of all food and beverage services within casino settings. This individual ensures an exceptional dining experience for our guests while maintaining operational efficiency, cost control, and adherence to health and safety standards. The Director works closely with the Corporate team to align the food and beverage strategy with the Company’s overall goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.While this position will be employed by Rock & Brews, it represents a unique opportunity to serve in a leadership role overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets within a dynamic casino environment, including our franchise location and additional client-owned concepts. This role is equal parts brand ambassador, strategic consultant, and operational leader, dedicated to driving financial performance and guest satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of venues.Key Responsibilities:Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of all food outlets, including casual dining, fine dining, and quick-service venues. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and service.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor food and beverage staff, including managers, chefs, and front-of-house teams. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and control costs. Analyze P&L statements to optimize profitability.Customer Experience: Ensure all outlets provide outstanding service and meet guest expectations. Address and resolve customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.Compliance and Safety: Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
