He/she is also responsible for developing concepts, planning and directing the administration and operating service standards for all restaurants and bars.Our ExpectationsGuest Experience & Brand AlignmentChampion the delivery of authentic, high-quality offerings across all outlets, ensuring each experience reflects Pan Pacific Orchard’s commitment to exceptional and personalised service.Lead with visibility and sincerity, fostering a culture of heartfelt hospitality and consistently exceeding guest expectations.Ensure all brand standards are executed with precision, warmth, and elegance.Strategic Planning & Financial StewardshipDevelop and execute the F&B division’s annual business plan and medium-term strategies, driving sustainable growth and profitability.Monitor KPIs and outlet level profit and loss, leading monthly reviews to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and cost efficiency.Review competitor analyses quarterly to ensure offerings remain innovative, relevant, and competitive.Operational Excellence & SustainabilityMaintain and elevate operational standards by ensuring SOPs are current, trained effectively.Conduct hygiene audits and sustainability checks in collaboration with key stakeholders to uphold both brand and regulatory standards.Guide daily operations meetings to anticipate challenges, celebrate successes, and align the team around shared goals.Concept Development & Culinary InnovationLead the evolution of restaurant and bar concepts and design that reflect Pan Pacific Orchard’s urban oasis positioning.Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef to refresh menus with seasonal, locally inspired ingredients, balancing creativity with financial performance.Marketing & Brand VisibilityPartner with the Director of Marketing Communications to craft integrated campaigns that highlight the hotel’s distinctive F&B environments—Forest, Beach, Garden, and Cloud.Drive the annual and monthly promotions calendar, ensuring each initiative enhances brand storytelling and guest engagement.Guest Feedback & Continuous ImprovementLeverage platforms like TrustYou to monitor guest sentiment, using feedback to inspire on-the-job training and service enhancements.Celebrate positive reviews and address challenges with transparency and a commitment to continuous improvement.People Development & LeadershipFoster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, aligned with Pan Pacific Orchard’s values of Integrity, Teamwork, Results, Respect & Creativity.Lead the design and implementation of structured training programs, on-the-job coaching, and cross-functional development initiatives to elevate team capabilities.Mentor and inspire F&B leaders and associates, cultivating a high-performance culture that embraces innovation, accountability, and emotional intelligence.Conduct regular performance reviews and career development conversations to support succession planning and talent retention.Talent ProfileWe are seeking a self-motivated and seasoned Food & Beverage professional to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences across our distinctive dining venues.You should possess a warm, gracious, and sincere demeanour, with a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
