Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.Job Purpose:We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our diverse dining, bar, and banqueting operations. This senior leadership role is ideal for a strategic, guest-focused professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality and lifestyle dining concepts.Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and banquetingDrive exceptional guest experiences in line with The Ned brand standardsLead, mentor, and develop F&B leadership teams, fostering a high-performance and service-driven cultureOversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimizationCollaborate with Culinary leadership on menu development, concept innovation, and quality consistencyEnsure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulationsPartner with Marketing and Commercial teams to develop promotions and enhance outlet visibilityAct as a key member of the Executive Committee, contributing to overall hotel strategyQualifications & Competencies:Proven experience as Director of Food & Beverage or in a senior F&B leadership role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel brandStrong operational expertise across multi-outlet F&B environmentsCommercially driven with excellent financial and analytical skillsInspirational leader with strong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPassion for food, beverage, service excellence, and guest engagementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile luxury settingWhat’s In It for you?One of the most iconic place to be and workAmazing learning and development programDiscounted rates at The Ned DohaFantastic career growth opportunitiesAt The Ned Doha, we don't just celebrate our diversity, we challenge ourselves to do even better.
