With a growing presence across multiple provinces, the organization is poised for its next phase of national growth.To support this momentum, they are seeking a Director of Franchise Operations — a proven operational leader who can strengthen franchisee relationships, drive consistency across the system, and champion excellence in unit performance.Position OverviewThe Director of Franchise Operations will oversee the day-to-day performance and strategic development of the franchise network. Reporting to the senior executive team, this individual will lead a field operations team, develop operational strategies, and ensure franchisees are supported, compliant, and set up for success.This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operational engagement — ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Regional or Area Franchise Managers, ensuring alignment with company standards and performance goals.Partner with franchisees to drive operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Develop and implement programs to improve operational consistency, efficiency, and brand standards across all locations.Analyze unit-level financials, KPIs, and performance trends; identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Training, Development, and Supply Chain teams to support franchise success.Play a key role in new store openings, onboarding, and field training initiatives.Support the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives and expansion plans.Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, operational procedures, and brand guidelines.Foster strong, trust-based relationships with franchise partners through transparent communication and coaching.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA an asset).8+ years of progressive leadership experience in franchise operations, preferably in retail, food service, or consumer services.Demonstrated success in leading multi-unit operations and improving franchise performance metrics.Strong understanding of franchise management, P&L oversight, and operational systems.Proven ability to build franchisee relationships and lead through influence.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience in a growing or multi-province franchise system preferred.What’s in It for YouLeadership opportunity within a growing, well-established Canadian franchise brand.High-impact role with visibility to executive leadership and franchise owners.Competitive compensation package, annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.Collaborative and supportive culture focused on growth, innovation, and operational excellence.If you are qualified, please apply within, and we look forward to speaking with you.
