AccountabilitiesThe Director of Global Marketing is responsible for shaping and executing MCM’s global digital brand strategy. This role oversees all aspects of digital and retail marketing, content creation, and social media to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across global markets. The position serves as a strategic leader, aligning regional efforts with the global brand vision and ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the global initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging, impactful storytelling, and creative alignment across all markets.Define and implement MCM’s global content identity, leveraging a 360° marketing approach across channels.Oversee high-quality content creation for campaigns, product launches, and digital initiatives.Oversee all digital marketing channels, including newsletters, e-commerce onsite content, and paid performance marketing campaigns.Align digital strategies with broader brand objectives to ensure seamless integration and optimized ROI.Direct and optimize performance marketing across paid social and digital advertising platforms to meet key KPIs.Develop and execute strategies for all global social media platforms to drive audience engagement and brand growth.Launch and manage innovative social initiatives to achieve follower and engagement growth.Lead influencer and talent marketing programs, including celebrity partnerships, to amplify global brand presence and authenticity.Build and lead the global digital and retail marketing team, fostering collaboration and alignment with regional teams.Streamline processes to ensure unified brand messaging and strategic execution across markets.Act as a change agent to enhance global marketing effectiveness and support regional market needs.Conceptualize and execute high-impact global campaigns featuring renowned talent and cultural partnerships.RequirementsProven experience in senior digital marketing leadership roles within the luxury fashion or lifestyle sectorStrong expertise in global brand strategy, content creation, and digital campaign management.Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing global teams.Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.Exceptional creative vision, storytelling ability, and knowledge of emerging digital trends.Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience managing cross-functional and regional teams.
