The Director of Human Resources will lead HR strategy and operations across multiple business units within Malaysia. As part of the APAC HR leadership team, this role drives people initiatives aligned with business goals and fosters a high-performance, values-driven culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise business leaders on workforce planning, succession, and organizational design to support growth and performance.Champion company values, engagement, and leadership capability through coaching and targeted development initiatives.Ensure HR practices align with Malaysian labor laws and global standards; manage employee relations and casework.Leverage HR analytics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement in talent and engagement outcomes.Oversee onboarding, learning, and retention programs that enhance the overall employee journey.Partner with Talent Acquisition and CoE teams to deliver integrated HR solutions across recruitment, rewards, and development.Lead and develop HR team members while ensuring effective communication and policy implementation.RequirementsMinimum 10 years of progressive HR experienceMust have leadership management experienceStrong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.Proven success managing multi-site operationsExperience in multinational or shared services environments with matrix structures.Strong communication skills in English; multilingual ability preferred.Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, MalaysiaWorking arrangement: 5 days onsite
