The company has a strong global presence and continues to expand its reach and influence in the industry.Role DescriptionNetwork Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.Security Management: Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect the organization’s data and systems from cyber threats.Oracle Applications: Manage Oracle applications, ensuring they are effectively integrated with our business processes and meet user needs.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals in network, security, and application support.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess and implement technology solutions that support business objectives.System Monitoring: Monitor network performance and security, troubleshooting issues as they arise and implementing preventive measures.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring that service agreements meet organizational needs.Training & Support: Provide training and support for staff on network security protocols and Oracle application usage.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.15+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on Oracle applications ,network and security In-depth knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security technologies.Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud Applications.Proven experience in project management and team leadership.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
