Title: Director of Key Accounts - International Ocean FreightTerritory: Mainland China - Shenzhen OR ShanghaiPackage: USD $200,000+ (RMB 1,400,000+)Responsibilities: P&L Ownership.The role is responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with Global clients.Reporting into the Vice President of Business Development (or directly to the Regional CCO for candidates with major client ownership).Responsible for strategic development of key client relationships to achieve multi-year objectives.Responsible for improving presence and profitability across global client portfolio.Responsible for developing open and collaborative interfaces with all Internal (regional and global) and external stakeholders to best serve customers.Manage relationships with key customers as well as other internal and external key stakeholders.Requirements:Must be a Chinese/PRC/HK citizen.Must have had several years working within a 'Western' country (EU, North America).Must be based in China/PRC/HK or abo ut to relocate there imminently.Must have strong relationships with existing clients and a book of business worth a minimum of USD $5m (RMB 35m).Must have client relationships within the Pharma, Hi-tech/Semiconductor or similar industries.Strong network across China and Western Nations.Experience in cold-chain logistics, perishables, reefer freight, modified atmosphere MA/CA containers is a plus but not essential.Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional time and process management skills.Proven ability in building stakeholder relationships.A quantifiable track record of sales achievements.Confidence and credibility in conducting formal presentations to stakeholders and colleagues.Travel required.Company:Annual revenue in the 10s of billions (USD) - a global top 20 freight forwarding firm.Part of a parent group with a revenue over USD $30 billion.Over 80,000 global employees.
