This role will lead Lean strategy across an Aerospace client at their Wichita and Tulsa sites, driving production system resiliency and efficiency. The Director will manage a team of experts and production leaders, build and execute roadmaps, and serve as a change agent across the organization.
Responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, improving first-pass yield, standardizing processes, and presenting performance metrics to senior leadership. 10%-25% of travel will be expected between Wichita, KS and Tulsa, OK. Signing bonuses, stock options, and executive-level relocation packages are available. No clearance is required.
