We have an exciting opportunity for Director of Operations – Food & Beverage to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri LankaKey ResponsibilitiesOversee the strategic and operational management of all F&B outlets, including fine dining, casual dining, bars, lounges, banqueting, and in-room diningDrive excellence in service delivery, profitability, and innovation, ensuring that every guest experience aligns with Cinnamon Life’s brand values of sophistication, creativity, and warmthLead and inspire a diverse team of F&B managers and associates across multiple outlets, fostering a culture of collaboration and performanceDevelop and implement operational strategies that align with brand standards and overall business goalsOversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization across all outletsCollaborate with the culinary, events, and marketing teams to drive concept development, guest engagement, and brand storytellingMaintain the highest standards of service, quality, hygiene, and safety across all areas of operationAnalyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growthChampion talent development, succession planning, and continuous learning within the F&B divisionKnowledge and SkillsA minimum of 10 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel or integrated resortProven expertise in multi-outlet management and large-scale banqueting operationsStrong financial acumen with a track record of achieving profitability and operational excellenceExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with a passion for innovation, guest experience, and brand differentiation
