Job SummaryThe Tender Coordinator cum VAC Applicator is responsible for managing tender-related documentation, submissions, and coordination, while also applying Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (VAC) systems in clinical settings. This role requires a combination of administrative skills and clinical knowledge to support hospitals and medical suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesTender Coordination•Prepare and compile tender documents including quotations, product specifications, certificates, and authorization letters•Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to gather required documents•Ensure submission deadlines.•Maintain tender records, pricing history, and awarded tender details•Communicate with procurement officers, hospital staff, and regulatory bodies when requiredVAC Application (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy)•Apply VAC dressings to patients according to medical instructions•Maintain usage records, patient tracking, and consumable usage reports•Ensure safe handling of VAC devices and accessoriesQualifications & SkillsEducation•Training in Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (VAC) is an advantageExperience•Experience in tender handling or medical device sales is preferred•Experience in wound care or clinical application is desirableSkills•Strong communication and documentation skills •Ability to understand medical product specifications•Computer literacy (MS Office, email, tender systems) •Ability to travel to hospitals when required•Good presentation and customer handling skills•Valid driving license (mandatory)
