Job Description

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care cum Receptionist. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while ensuring a seamless customer experience through efficient handling of inquiries, CRM updates, and front-office operations.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Manage all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.Maintain visitor logs, manage appointments, and ensure smooth front-desk operations.Handle and update customer interactions through the CRM and Help Desk systems, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.Support customer service activities and coordinate with internal departments for effective issue resolution.Perform general administrative duties as required.RequirementsProven ability to manage front-office operations and maintain accurate records.Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage).Proficiency in MS Office Applications.Prior experience in customer service, front-desk management, or CRM/Help Desk systems is preferred.A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
