OPERATIONS DIRECTOR / SPECIALIST - RELOCATE TO DUBAI WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW Play a key role in shaping and scaling the operations of a leading regional organisation.Join a fast-paced and ambitious environment working on high-impact, strategic projects.Excellent career progression and leadership growth opportunities as the business expands across the region.Attractive Six-Figure salary and flexible compensation package.Location Dubai - either relocate or you can COMPANY DETAILS Our client is one of the UAE's most established and innovative corporate gifting and merchandise providers, with over three decades of industry expertise.The company is investing in a cutting-edge operations and fulfilment hub, combining warehousing, branding, logistics, and automation solutions to better serve enterprise-level customers across the region.With ambitious growth plans, the business is on a journey to scale order fulfilmentROLE DETAILS This role is for an experienced Operations Specialist to design, optimise, and scale core business functions across warehousing, print & branding, logistics, and technology-enabled workflows in Dubai.This role will be instrumental in shaping the next phase of the client’s operational infrastructure, driving efficiency, scalability, and exceptional service delivery.The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to corporate gifting, branded merchandise, or print production environments, with proven experience in automation, workflow optimisation, and leading operational improvement initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Systems & Process DevelopmentFacility Setup & Capacity Buildings.Technology & System IntegrationTeam Training & DevelopmentSupply Chain & LogisticsContinuous Improvement & Reporting.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.5–10 years of experience in operations, preferably within the corporate gifting, promotional products, printing, or light manufacturing sectors.Proven experience in setting up or scaling up production or fulfilment facilities.Strong understanding of ERP/WMS systems, workflow automation, and digital integration.Experience with branding/printing machinery setup and process optimisation is a plus.Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills.Hands-on leadership style with the ability to train and motivate teams.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
