Translates the vision and mission of the organization into actionable, quantitative execution.Cultural Awareness: Possesses the maturity and political sense to be able to support recommendations for adopting best practices internally. Savvy and pragmatic about how to facilitate prime culture in a dynamic and unconventional atmosphereTeam participation: Exhibits strong leadership and team participation skills.
