Job Title: Director of Operations – Content Studio (White Plains House)Reports to: CEOWorks Closely With: Producer/Director, DP / Lighting Lead, Creative Assurance Lead,Studio Production Coordinator, Director of Operations (Office), AI Systems Lead,Recruiting ManagerLocation: White Plains Creator House – On-site full timeEmployment Type: Full-time (Leadership Role / Permanent)Role PurposeThe Director of Operations – Content Studio is the on-site commander of the White PlainsCreator House.This person ensures the daily filming, production, logistics, and creative output of the house runat professional studio precision — on time, on brand, and without chaos.They manage all on-site staff (production, camera, set, kitchen, and housekeeping) andcoordinate across departments to keep schedules, quality, and morale at elite standards.They are both operational director and producer’s enabler, balancing speed with structure andmaintaining creative flow without burnout or disorder.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Studio Operations & Workflow Management● Run the daily production schedule — ensure shoots start and finish on time across allzones (studio, kitchen, gym, pool).● Coordinate Producer/Director, DP, and Editors for synchronized workflow.● Oversee all support staff: Studio Coordinator, Production Assistant, Housekeepers, andKitchen Team.● Maintain calm, professional communication flow during active filming days.● Identify and resolve on-site bottlenecks immediately (equipment, talent, timing, setresets).Scheduling & Resource Allocation● Build and maintain the Master Filming Calendar — shoot rotations, editing timelines, andteam shifts.● Allocate manpower efficiently (camera crew, lighting, housekeeping) per shoot.● Approve set bookings and coordinate with Recruiting Manager (Katherine) for new talentaudition slots.● Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them before they impact production.Facility & Equipment Oversight● Maintain all filming zones, equipment, and common areas at professional studiostandards.● Oversee maintenance of cameras, lighting, and studio infrastructure with DP.● Work with the Studio Coordinator to ensure every set is camera-ready 30 minutes beforecall time.● Manage procurement of consumables: batteries, props, cleaning, wardrobe, andrefreshments.Staff Management & Performance● Supervise all WPH personnel (approx. 12–15 staff across production, support, andhousekeeping).● Conduct daily briefings and end-of-day debriefs with key department heads.● Ensure clear delegation and accountability for every staff member.● Enforce punctuality, discipline, and respect on set.● Resolve interpersonal issues or miscommunications quickly and professionally.Coordination with Office Operations (WPO)● Provide daily progress updates to the Director of Operations – Office.● Share metrics: number of videos filmed, time per setup, and any production delays orimprovements.● Align on resource requests, purchases, and HR issues (attendance, overtime).● Ensure WPH reporting is clean and ready for weekly executive summaries.Creative Support & Culture● Protect the creative environment — keep the house energetic, professional, and positive.● Anticipate the Producer and Vincent’s needs during creative sessions.● Encourage staff to think proactively — solve problems before they reach you.● Reinforce the brand standard of “Hollywood-quality work, Filipino execution speed.”Required Skills & Experience● 7+ years of experience in production operations, studio management, or filmcoordination.● Proven success managing multi-department creative teams under tight deadlines.● Excellent leadership and conflict-resolution skills.● Strong understanding of production workflows, lighting, and post-production basics.● Capable of reading and managing production schedules, budgets, and resource plans.● Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.● Calm, structured, and results-driven personality.Personality & Cultural Fit● Commanding but approachable; earns respect through competence.● Fast, decisive, and always three steps ahead of the team.● Thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes creative environments.● Balances discipline with empathy — builds loyalty through fairness.● Takes pride in operational excellence and team efficiency.KPIs (First 90 Days)● Achieve 95% on-time shoot starts and completions.● Eliminate avoidable production downtime (equipment, space, or scheduling) by 50%.● Implement a daily studio operations log (set readiness, staffing, delays, notes).● Establish a clear shift and accountability structure for all WPH staff.● Deliver weekly House Performance Report to Tim and Office Operations Director.Work Setup● Based in the White Plains Creator House full time.● Present on set during all major filming sessions.● Regular coordination calls with the Office Director and Tim for cross-departmentupdates.● Oversees all in-house logistics, kitchen operations, and facilities readiness.Phase 2 Expansion (After Month 3)Once operations stabilize, this role will:● Hire an Assistant Studio Manager for night or weekend coverage.● Oversee cross-house coordination when a second creator house is launched.● Manage operational reporting for AI system optimization (Erick’s dashboards)
