This role is accountable for the development and implementation of both the Full Service & DMO EMEA Distribution Pricing Strategies. As part of this responsibility the talent will work closely with local leadership teams to ensure the deployment and adoption of the EMEA regional pricing tool and associate best-in-class price management practices across the region. A significant focus of the role will be to scale and embed systems, refining pricing in line with strategic aims, working cross functionally and throughout EMEA with commercial, finance and IT Teams to ensure optimal and effective adoption and execution of the EMEA pricing StrategyEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead regional pricing strategy development and pricing tool implementation: Design and deliver the implementation and change management plans to support successful market roll-out of Henry Schein’s pricing strategy and tools across EMEA. Ensure tool configuration and workflows align with the overall pricing strategy, including list prices, discounts, approvals, rebates, chargebacks etc.Evolve price management function & ways of working: Define and implement the appropriate operating model across central, regional, and local pricing teams. Clarifying decision rights, handoffs and interfaces. Enhance existing pricing governance (guardrails, policies, process documentation) and ensure they are operationalised through tools and team behavioursDrive regional execution & support: Oversee execution of recurring pricing activities (e.g. list price reviews, price rounding, campaign pricing). Partner with ESAT team and provide support to local teams with complex pricing situations (strategic tenders, large contracts) to ensure compliance, profitability and competitivenessDevelop team & enablement: Build and lead a high-performing regional pricing team, with roles in central coordination, analytics, and country support. Build capabilities in margin analytics, tool proficiency and deal pricing at both regional and country level. Work with EMEA sales leadership to enable delivery of regular training on value-selling and competitive intelligence. Develop pricing playbooks, that help sales teams “sell the story” and defend marginsMonitor, optimise, & report: Use dashboards and KPIs to track tool adoption, pricing discipline and gross-to-net impact across markets.
