As they enhance their services and operations, they are looking for a value-driven finance/accounting leader in shared services, procurement, payment processes, and contract management to ensure process improvement in this space directly fuels social impact.Company Perks and RewardsCompetitive compensationExtensive health benefits package15 Vacation Days, 2 Personal Days2-Week Holiday Office ClosureLearning & Development OpportunitiesRSP Matching & Pension ContributionsA Value-Driven & Mission-Oriented Organizationand More!The Job!You will be the senior leader overseeing the end-to-end procurement and payment (P2P) operations, leading a team spread across multiple countries to ensure the organization spends wisely, pays correctly and on time, and reflects its values in every transaction.Lead a geographically dispersed, culturally diverse team, fostering an inclusive values-driven culture, driving engagement and performance above organizational benchmarks.Establish, monitor, and enforce service‐level agreements (SLAs) so that tactical procurement and accounts payable deliverables meet on-time delivery, and reduce invoice processing cycle time while maintaining payment accuracy.Create systems for measuring customer satisfaction with internal stakeholders, emphasizing responsiveness, active listening, and impact.Co-develop and execute a global P2P strategy, ensuring processes comply with regulatory requirements, are locally adaptable, and scalable, while stabilizing core processes within 12 months.Lead efforts in data management—cleaning, standardizing, and maintaining procurement data, setting up metrics, resolving deviations proactively.Manager accounts payable and disbursements: ensuring payments are made within agreed terms, minimizing late penalties, monitoring aged payables over 30 days, escalating issues, and ensuring zero instances of fraud.Collaborate with the tech team to enhance P2P systems, including implementing a fully integrated source-to-pay platform by end of 2026 and delivering regular training to ensure usability and satisfaction.What you bring to the jobYou lead with humility, respect, and kindness and ensure your team members are heard and supported. You also have the following qualities:A finance/accounting degree and a recognized certification/designation such as Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and/or in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management15+ years of hands-on, technical finance, accounting, and procurement experience especially with reconciliations (month-end, supplier, manual payments), write-offs, and aging managementExperience in a global organization and working with teams in different countries and timezonesExperience with implementing payment processes, working with ERP systems and P2P platforms (Workday and ServiceNow experience strongly preferred), and Shared Services centresStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven track record managing KPIs and continuous improvement.Demonstrated ability to lead remote or dispersed teams and adapt processes to diverse country contexts.Willingness to travel internationally from time to time.Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Sarah Smith.
