About The RoleBlink is seeking a strategic, execution-driven Director of Product to lead our product organization into its next phase of growth. As a core member of our leadership team, you’ll drive product strategy, scale team operations, and build experiences that create measurable client impact.You’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap development to launch and iteration—while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll be joining at a pivotal time as we scale our customer base, product portfolio, and team.Key Responsibilities🚀 Product Strategy & VisionDefine and evolve Blink’s product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with company goals and user outcomes. Partner with executive leadership to set priorities based on business strategy, market signals, and customer feedback. Stay ahead of trends and technologies that shape how teams engage with our platform. 🤝 Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Operations to deliver cohesive product experiences. Lead product development cycles from planning through delivery and iteration. Ensure the voice of the customer is embedded throughout the product lifecycle. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Team Building & LeadershipBuild, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team including PMs, UX designers, and product operations. Establish rituals and tools that drive clarity, prioritization, and high output. Support career growth through coaching, feedback, and development plans. 🛠 Product Execution & MeasurementOwn the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration. Prioritize work based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility. Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, NPS, engagement) across teams. 📣 Client & User AdvocacyTurn user feedback and usage data into actionable insights. Partner with Client Success to improve onboarding, training, and support content. Ensure help docs and knowledge bases reflect the latest product capabilities. 🧩 Platform & ScaleLead product infrastructure initiatives including APIs, integrations (HRIS, CRM, analytics), and platform extensibility. Collaborate with Engineering on architectural decisions that support scale, security, and performance. Champion internal tooling and operational efficiency initiatives. QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., product, engineering, design, or business)8+ years of product management experience, including 6+ years leading product teams in a SaaS or B2B environmentProven success leading cross-functional product initiatives from zero to scaleDeep understanding of user-centered design, agile development, and product analyticsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including exec-level reportingFamiliarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, Productboard, Intercom, and HubSpotEmpathy for customers—especially HR, People Ops, and operational leadersPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree (MBA or MS)Experience in HR tech, workforce analytics, or enterprise platformsTechnical fluency and ability to engage with engineers on architecture and tradeoffsExperience working closely with go-to-market teams to support launches and feedback loopsPrior work in a VC-backed startup or scale-up environmentThese preferred qualifications are not mandatory but would be beneficial for the role and may give candidates an advantage during the selection process.Why Join Blink?Impact: Play a key role in scaling a high-growth event tech startupCareer Growth: Opportunity to shape Blink’s product strategy and roadmap, with potential for advancement into senior leadership roles within Product or cross-functional executive tracks.
