Relocation would be required but with a highly competitive, tax free compensation package.Company Profile:Property Finder is the leading property portal in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, dedicated to shaping an inclusive future for real estate while spearheading the region’s growing tech ecosystem.A Unicorn and lighthouse tech company, it continues to create an environment where people can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the transformation of real estate in MENA.Role Summary:The Director of Product Led Growth (PLG) will lead the vision, strategy and execution across all five PLG loops (Acquisition, Activation, Virality, Expansion, Retention) whilst defining and aligning PLG north-star and loop metrics, to help further transform the Property Finder portal to an engagement engine unlocking significant revenue potential and ROI for customers.Key Responsibilities:Own strategy and execution across all five PLG loops (Acquisition, Activation, Virality, Expansion, Retention) that creates a self-reinforcing growth system where each loop powers the next.Define and align PLG north-star and loop metrics.Identify market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs and use these insights to inform strategic product decisions and enhance the consumer experience.Develop, communicate, and execute a visionary PLG strategy that aligns with the company's overarching business goals and enhances our market position.Drive Acquisition loop (SEO, programmatic content, UGC, GenAI) to grow zero-CAC entrants.Oversee Activation loop (onboarding, personalization, engagement flows).Build Virality loop (collaboration, sharing mechanics, gamified referrals, widgets).Lead Expansion loop (finance hub, in-flow marketplace, premium lead products).Execute Retention loop (dashboards, lifecycle nudges, Saved Search 3.0).Drive product innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer insights.Desired Qualifications:Track record in a Product Management role with 10+ years experience.3+ years of experience in a product leadership position (director or “head of”) with proven track record in people management, attracting and retaining product talent Deep understanding of product-led principles, SaaS metrics, user acquisition funnels, and growth experimentation.Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management capability.Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skillsStrong storytelling skills that creates buy in in the organisation
