You will play a central role in delivering some of the most critical energy infrastructure projects across the MECA region, working in partnership with governments and leading energy bodies to bring next-generation nuclear to life.The Job MissionThis is a senior leadership role accountable for nuclear and large scale energy projects across the MECA region.The initial focus will be on overseeing the nuclear development programme in Uzbekistan.You will assume full regional responsibility over time through a structured transition process.Lead the full project lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning across multiple nationsRepresent Assystem to major nuclear clients and governmental authorities in MECATake strategic ownership of delivery across programmes in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Türkiye and othersEnsure compliance with global nuclear safety and regulatory standardsDevelop regional PMO capabilities and implement best practice project governanceBuild and scale project delivery teams aligned with project and client maturityDeliver against revenue, margin and performance KPIsProvide high-level oversight of risk, budget, schedule and quality across all programmesRequired Skills and QualificationsEssential SkillsExtensive proven experience in nuclear, energy generation or large-scale infrastructure project leadershipProven experience leading international, multi-country project portfoliosDeep understanding of nuclear regulatory frameworks and licensingStrong stakeholder engagement experience in Middle East/Central AsiaDemonstrable strategic and commercial acumenFluent in EnglishWillingness to travel extensively within the regionExperience operating in Tier 1 contractor or government advisory capacityAssetsArabic, Russian or Turkish language skillsPMP, APM or equivalent project management certificationPast experience in transition or succession planning rolesAdditional InformationWhy Join the Community of Switchers?Join one of the top three largest nuclear engineering companies globally and be a part of a dynamic team driving energy transition.
