ILF Consulting Engineers - UAE invites you to explore this exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects across the region.Key Responsibilities:Assists Project Managers in the execution of FEED / Detail design, Feasibility, concept design of Thermal Power Projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications in compliance with IEC, IEEE, and local regulatory standards.Prepare and review detailed electrical design documents including:Single-line diagrams, schematics, cable schedules, and equipment layouts.Load flow, short circuit, and protection coordination studies.Provide technical support during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.Attends internal and external project meetings and assists in the preparation of Minutes of Meetings.Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates.Ensure interfaces/requirements between all disciplines are incorporated where required, to achieve objectives.Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC procedures, performance standards and specifications.Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and clients to align design with project goals.Evaluate, organize and prioritize workload within a scheduleAble to demonstrate sufficient technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize identification of technical problems and to initiate appropriate corrective actions.Support in the preparation of proposals (tendering).
