Director of Projects

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Director of Projects based in Hong Kong SAR, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Director of Projects will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and meet deadlines. They will manage cross-functional teams, allocate resources, monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. This role also involves developing strategies to improve processes and delivering exceptional results while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team. Qualifications Proven experience in project management, including planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently.Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills to lead and guide cross-functional teams.Exceptional organizational and time management skills for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.Proficiency in project management tools and software, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.Problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Project Management, or related disciplines.Previous experience in a hybrid or remote working environment and familiarity with working across multiple stakeholders.Experience in the technology or consultancy sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
