About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced executive to fill the crucial role of Director of Public Relations and Communications. You will serve as the strategic center for defining our organization's public identity and managing our reputation across all channels. Strategic Narrative & Media ManagementDevelop and deploy holistic integrated communication strategies that directly advance major business objectives.Act as the official company spokesperson and principal media liaison for all critical and high-stakes announcements.Provide expert, real-time strategic counsel to senior leadership based on continuous monitoring of the public and media landscape.Oversee the coherence of messaging across all organizational touchpoints (internal and external dialogue).2. Digital Presence & Audience EngagementGovern the entire strategic oversight of our digital ecosystem, encompassing the corporate website, social media channels, and all online outreach programs.Pioneer creative, data-driven content initiatives designed to significantly deepen audience participation and elevate brand awareness.Analyze digital performance metrics and analytics to continuously refine and optimize engagement methodologies.3. Brand Governance & Creative DirectionAct as the guardian of our corporate identity, ensuring strict consistency in branding and visual standards across all organizational output.Set the creative vision and standards for all communication and promotional materials.Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver compelling, high-impact visuals and messages.4. Public Advocacy & Community InvestmentDesign and execute targeted Public Relations (PR) campaigns focused on strengthening the corporate image and public goodwill.Cultivate and nurture influential relationships with journalists, industry opinion leaders, and key external partners.Lead the planning and execution of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and community initiatives.5. Reputation Safeguarding & Crisis ControlOversee the structured process for handling and resolving external grievances and feedback efficiently and constructively.Develop, deploy, and regularly test the definitive crisis communication playbook and protocols for issue mitigation.What You Bring (Qualifications)Academic Excellence: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Strategic Marketing, or a related field.Executive Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Corporate Communications, with at least 5 years dedicated to executive leadership and team management.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of success in navigating complex media relations, driving integrated digital strategies, and building brand equity.Leadership & Crisis Skills: Exceptional executive presence, master-level interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to lead with confidence during high-stakes crisis scenarios.Language Fluency: Flawless command of both Thai and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
