1.1 Prepare hemodialysis area to be ready for operation in each cycle of treatment.1.2 Prepare and pick all needed consumables for HD treatment to the machine1.3 Assist in checking and maintenance RO system1.4 Assist in checking and preparing dialyzer for dialysis machine1.5 Collect all consumables of hemodialysis after the treatment end.1.6 Assist in internal and external cleaning hemodialysis machines after of eachtreatment.1.7 Prepare bed of dialysis chair and clean them after each treatment.1.8 Performs vital sign check in pre, through out and post treatment and record asstandard1.9 Check body weight before and after treatment and report to nurse1.10 Assist nurse to observe patient condition, sign and symptom of patient1.11 Assist nurse to collect and delivery all specimen to laboratory1.12 Assist patient during treatment and post treatment1.13 Performs other professional nursing activities as approved by Head Nurse. Quality and safety 2.1 Provide nursing care and service to all patients with patient safety standard.2.2 Check and count all consumable supplies in inventory2.3 Checks and prepares readiness of supplies in treatment cart.2.4 Checks and clean emergency cart, treatment cart for readiness2.5 Check and record temperature and humidity in inventory area2.6 Provides for patient safety in the clinical environment.2.7 Report all incident and customer feedback to nurse.2.8 Demonstrates willingness to initiate or participate in unit quality activities for safetyculture.2.9 Innovates and initiates in unit CQI project development.
