That mission demands a world-class team committed to excellence.If you are motivated by impact, growth, and purpose, you will find a strong sense of belonging at Quince.Summary: The Director of Quality Control – APAC (Accessories & Jewelry) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing quality control operations across the APAC region. This position ensures excellence in accessories and jewelry categories by driving strategic initiatives, harmonizing standards across diverse manufacturing partners, and safeguarding product integrity for millions of customers.Responsibilities:Lead QC operations across APAC factories, covering accessories and jewelry.Establish regional QC strategies aligned with global standards and business objectives.Oversee inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods across multiple product categories.Implement standardized QC frameworks across diverse factories to ensure consistency and scalability.Provide strategic guidance to manufacturing partners’ QC and production teams.Support first production qualifications, drive problem-solving, and foster continuous improvement initiatives.Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conforming materials.Lead cross-functional root cause analysis and corrective action planning.Prepare and present regional QC reports, audits, and non-conformance analyses to executive leadership.Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and documentation best practices.Champion the use of advanced QC methodologies, digital tools, and analytics.Promote sustainable practices and ethical production across APAC partners.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.10+ years of progressive QC leadership experience, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or luxury industries.Proven track record managing multi-country QC operations across APAC.Deep expertise in QC methodologies, tools, and best practices for apparel, accessories, and jewelry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cultures and organizational levels.Demonstrated success in root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement in complex manufacturing environments.All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location.
