We are hiring a Director, Recruitment who excels in execution, search delivery, and relationship management. Position SummaryThe Director, Recruitment is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for owning full-cycle executive searches from intake to placement. This role focuses on hands-on sourcing, deep market mapping, candidate evaluation, client advisory, and end-to-end delivery excellence. You will run your own book of high-impact searches, drive revenue through placements, and operate as a trusted strategic partner to clients.Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Execution & DeliveryOwn the full lifecycle of executive and senior-level searches across multiple industries.Conduct intake briefings to define role requirements, search strategy, and success criteria.Build targeted sourcing strategies using headhunting, research, Boolean tactics, and market intelligence.Deliver highly qualified shortlists with clear rationale and candidate insights.Manage all candidate touchpoints: outreach, qualification, interviews, scorecards, references, and closing.Sourcing & Market MappingConduct deep market research to identify talent pools, competitor organizations, and succession pipelines.Develop comprehensive mapping projects for niche or confidential searches.Maintain a proactive pipeline of senior-level talent for recurring mandates.Leverage advanced sourcing tools, automation, and intelligence platforms to improve speed and precision.Client Advisory & Relationship ManagementLead all client communications throughout the search lifecycle.Advise clients on talent landscape, compensation, competencies, and candidate fit.Provide weekly updates, reporting, and insights to ensure transparency and alignment.Manage expectations and deliver consistent, predictable results within agreed timelines.Search Strategy & PerformanceDesign search roadmaps, timelines, and project plans for each mandate.Execute rigorous assessment methods to evaluate leadership capability, experience, and cultural fit.Drive placements at senior and executive levels, contributing directly to agency revenue.Continuously refine best practices to enhance speed-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfaction.Operational ExcellenceMaintain accurate documentation, reporting, and pipeline tracking within the ATS/CRM.Ensure all compliance, confidentiality, and data integrity standards.Leverage internal research support or resourcing teams (if available) for efficiency and scale.Utilize insights to improve search repeatability, predictability, and delivery performance.Qualifications7+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment agency work, or senior-level sourcing.Demonstrated success delivering full-cycle executive mandates as an individual contributor.Proven ability to build and present high-quality shortlists for VP, Director, and C-suite roles.Mastery of headhunting, market mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques.Strong client-facing communication and advisory skills.Highly organized with a project-management mindset and strong attention to detail.Experience working in a performance-driven, metrics-focused search environment.Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, sourcing tools, and digital recruiting platforms.What We OfferCompetitive compensation with lucrative placement-based incentives.High-impact search mandates.Opportunity to operate at a senior level without people management responsibilities.Access to premium search tools, automation platforms, and research intelligence.A high-performance culture built around precision, accountability, and results.If you are qualified, please apply within, and we look forward to connecting with you.
