We empower aviation teams to maximize uptime, efficiency, and safety through customer-driven innovation and world-class service.About The RoleAs a Director of Revenue Operations at Veryon, you will be the driving force behind optimizing revenue processes, aligning sales, marketing, and finance functions, and improving data-driven decision-making. You will design scalable systems and processes that enhance sales effectiveness, accelerate growth, and support accurate forecasting and reporting across the organization.This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to execute operational improvements in a fast-paced SaaS environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead process optimization initiatives across sales, marketing, and finance to increase efficiency and accuracy.Develop and implement sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to improve team performance.Build and maintain forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting dashboards.Manage and optimize CRM and revenue tech stack (primarily Salesforce and related tools).Partner with leadership to align goals, define KPIs, and track performance metrics.Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline the customer journey, from lead generation to renewal.Ensure compliance with data governance, process standards, and reporting accuracy.RequirementsRequirements:7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within SaaS or technology companies.Proven success supporting ARR growth and scaling operations in high-growth environments.Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, dashboard creation, and performance measurement.Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales automation tools.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally.Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in or closely with Sales Leadership teams.Familiarity with revenue analytics and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Prior experience implementing new sales tech stack integrations or process automation.Exposure to pricing, customer segmentation, and GTM strategy development.Our Core ValuesFueled by Customers: Customers are at the core of every decision.
