If that resonates, you’ll feel at home here.Role:About the Advisory PracticeOur Advisory Practice is a core pillar of our company and the leading source of advice and guidance for small and medium businesses.Through hands-on consultation, we meet founders and business owners where they are, help them identify what’s holding them back, and equip them with the tools, frameworks, and accountability to move forward.The centerpiece of the Advisory Practice is the Boardroom: a live advisory experience that combines the focus of consulting with the collaboration of a workshop. In each session, we provide strategic guidance, a tactical implementation plan, and the opportunity for business leaders to learn alongside others facing similar challenges.Since launching, we’ve maintained a 90% customer satisfaction rating and helped thousands of SMBs achieve meaningful, measurable growth. More importantly, we’ve helped founders and business owners build the skills and mindsets that continue to compound long after they leave the room.About the Director of Sales & GrowthIn this role, you’ll play a key client-facing role within the Advisory Practice.You’ll work directly with founders to uncover growth challenges, design effective strategies, and translate them into clear, actionable steps. You’ll also help strengthen our internal team by developing playbooks, mentoring advisors, and advancing our collective sales and customer acquisition expertise.This role is built for someone who thrives in both teaching and doing: a leader who isn’t afraid to dive into the details, solve problems quickly, and serve others with excellence.You’ll gain exposure across industries, develop the pattern recognition that only comes from working with hundreds of businesses, and grow as both a leader and an operator. This role develops the next generation of leaders at Acquisition.com through mentorship, executive visibility, and hands-on operational experience.If you’re motivated by impact, mastery, and meaningful work, this is where you’ll do the best work of your career.Responsibilities:Develop and implement rapid growth strategies for client businesses by identifying key constraints and prescribing clear, practical solutionsLead Boardroom sessions and facilitate live problem-solving with founders to drive tangible outcomesDemonstrate deep expertise across sales, team development, process design, business development, and lead generation (inbound and outbound)Build and present playbooks, frameworks, and tools that help clients execute with confidenceCollaborate with internal teams to elevate the client experience and continuously improve program deliveryPartner on internal growth initiatives, including product launches, funnel development, and new offeringsCoach and mentor junior advisors and associates to raise the standard of excellence across the teamModel competitive greatness, sincere candor, and unimpeachable character in every interactionRequirements:8+ years in sales with a proven track record of driving growth, including leading or supporting a company through an exitLeadership experience in building, managing, or developing high-performing sales teamsDeep expertise across several of the following areas:Sales process design (B2B or B2C)Sales scripts or presentation developmentBusiness development and lead nurturingLead generation (inbound and outbound)Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially when presenting or engaging with founders and business leadersComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment that requires excellenceHigh emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and build trust quicklyOutstanding analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsResults:Drive measurable client growth through world-class sales and growth strategiesMaintain an NPS of 75% or higher across all advisory sessionsAchieve renewal and referral rates of 60% or higherHelp client businesses generate an average of $250K+ in additional revenue post-engagementBuild and continuously improve our internal sales and growth playbooksMentor and develop advisors to strengthen the overall capability of the teamUphold and exemplify ACQ’s core values in every client and team interactionLocation:Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)Workshop Schedule Expectations:Our workshop weeks are intentionally high-intensity and fast-paced to drive transformation for our partners. During these weeks, team members are expected to be available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with additional hours often required to support preparation, execution, and debriefs.This pace is not for everyone — and that’s okay. You’ll grow rapidly, work alongside exceptional talent, and contribute to work that truly matters.Compensation:$173,340 - $260,010 base salary + 10-25% bonus based on workshop performanceThe salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below).Relocation Assistance:We know that great talent comes from all over, so we're here to help you make the move.
