The Director will oversee and manage sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, build client relationships, and increase brand awareness. Key responsibilities include analyzing market data, developing promotional campaigns, leading the sales team, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the success of advertising and digital initiatives. The role also involves collaborating closely with operations and revenue management teams to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.QualificationsProficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Contract Negotiation, Client Relationship ManagementExperience in Market Analysis, Promotional Campaigns, and Brand PositioningKnowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Platforms, and Content CreationStrong Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Development abilitiesExcellent Communication, Organizational, and Analytical skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality or related sector preferred
