Director of Sales Development (EMEA) | up to €200K OTERole DescriptionThis is a strategic and hands-on leadership position responsible for scaling and transforming the Sales Development function across EMEA. You’ll lead a growing SDR team, refine the inbound engine, and architect a new outbound motion from the ground up.Working closely with Marketing and AE leadership, you’ll define how pipeline is built, qualified, and accelerated - shaping the next phase of their go-to-market growth. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, reporting directly to the VP Sales EMEA, and a natural succession path toward broader sales leadership.Company ProfileMy client is a fast-growing European B2B SaaS company developing a leading monitoring platform used by thousands of organizations worldwide. They provide a hybrid monitoring solution (on-prem + cloud) that helps enterprises monitor their entire IT infrastructure and applications with scalability, security, and ease of use.Team Size & Leadership ScopeLocation: MunichCurrent Team: 6 SDRsReporting Line: Directly to the VP Sales EMEACollaboration: Marketing, AEs, and Sales OperationsResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and scale the SDR organization across DACH & EMEABuild a predictable, high-performing outbound engine from scratchOptimize inbound processes and ensure consistency across regionsPartner with Marketing to align on MQL/SQL definitions and lead handoversDefine and implement best-in-class playbooks, cadences, and performance metricsDevelop SDR leaders and strengthen team culture through enablement and career growthDrive data-driven decision making using CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong)Requirements5–6+ years of B2B SaaS experience, including 3–4 years in SDR/BDR leadershipProven track record in building or transforming outbound teamsStrong understanding of inbound and PLG-driven motionsAnalytical mindset and fluency in CRM/reporting toolsFluent in German and EnglishSalaryBase salary of €90 - 150K + 30% commission
