GK8 is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to spearhead our expansion across Europe. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and managing complex, high-value sales cycles from prospecting through close.As a core member of our fast-growing blockchain security company, you will represent GK8 to leading institutional clients, collaborating closely with our product, marketing, and partnership teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of the digital asset ecosystem.We are seeking a proven hunter with a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain space, preferably with hands-on experience in custody technology. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a field-based role while staying tightly connected with a global team.Responsibilities:Lead sales efforts and revenue growth across EuropeGenerate and qualify pipeline through proactive outreach and multi-channel prospectingIdentify and engage institutional clients and strategic partnersOwn the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closingDeliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer needs and requirementsRepresent GK8 at industry events, conferences, and meetingsMaintain high activity levels across outreach channels to ensure consistent pipeline coverageRequirements:5–7 years of experience in a senior sales role, including direct responsibility for complex, high-value dealsExtensive experience in enterprise sales, ideally in crypto or fintechExperience in the blockchain or crypto space — mustStrong understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and custody solutionsProven track record of closing complex deals and exceeding quotasExcellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skillsStrong technical understanding with the ability to bridge between product and business needsIndependent and self-driven - able to operate solo in a territory with remote supportBased in London with a willingness to travel as neededAdvantages:Existing relationships with financial institutions, banks, or digital asset platforms in EuropeFamiliarity with the institutional crypto market landscapePrevious experience in building or scaling a new territoryBenefits:Competitive base salary and discretionary bonusCompetitive paid time offCompany-paid health and protective benefits for employees and their eligible dependentsFree virtual coaching sessions through HeadspaceOpportunities to learn about the Crypto industrySmart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues*Benefits may vary depending on location.
