This is a rare opportunity for someone who can balance performance marketing, B2B expansion, and premium brand integrity and who’s not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.We’re looking for a proactive, growth-focused operator who can drive results across both digital and wholesale channels, spot opportunities, and build the right relationships to accelerate growth and community.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Performance Strategy: Own and optimise global paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic, affiliate) with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and retention.Campaign Planning: Oversee a cross-channel campaign calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and market expansion goals.B2B & Distribution Growth: Partner with the CMO and Ops team to expand digital wholesale, retail partnerships, and premium B2B accounts in wellness and lifestyle sectors.Affiliate & Partnerships: Lead and scale global affiliate programs and high-impact partnership activations with high profile celebrities and athletes.Customer Experience: Platform Ownership, and all trade and brand touchpointsHands-on Execution: Comfortable leading strategy as well as cold-calling opportunities.Team Leadership: Manage and scale a high-performing team across digital, performance, and channel marketing across multiple regions and countries.What You BringProven experience growing DTC eCommerce brands in the premium or wellness space with multi-region/country In-house Teams, and agency partners.Strong track record driving B2B, wholesale, or distribution partnershipsConfident in both strategic planning and new business outreach - a builder’s mindsetCommercial and data-driven, fluent in KPIs, metrics, and digital marketing toolsA bias for action over admin, sales over eyeballs, while having a crystal clear plan to global distribution, balancing brand and trade.A global operating mindset, with solid experience in timezone management.Bonus: experience in wellness, health tech, luxury/lifestyle or high-growth CPG/FMCGBonus: Familiar with platforms like Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, affiliate platforms, and global GTMWhy Join BON CHARGE?Be part of a global wellness brand at a pivotal growth stageWork alongside passionate founders and a supportive executive team that truly champions innovation and creativity.A workspace that feels like a wellness retreat: our HQ is designed with intention - think diffusers with calming botanicals, daily fresh fruit, a curated tea bar, gourmet coffee, natural light, and ergonomic stand-up desks.Join a team that genuinely values culture, fun, and connection - where wellness isn’t just a product we sell, but something we live and breathe every day.For more information, head to: www.boncharge.com
