Come join us and be part of something truly special.THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKEThe Director of Stores is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all retail store and mini-distribution center operations across the organization. As a visionary, you will take us to the next level and shape the definition of who and what are store model can be using your experience and market data. As a member of the Executive leadership team, you will work closely with each Regional Sales Manager across our footprint to drive sales. This individual will own full P&L responsibility, driving growth strategies, operational excellence, and team development across a multi-location footprint. The Director will play a critical role in scaling retail operations, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring sustainable performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.CORE FUNCTIONS OF THIS ROLEOversee retail store operations, aligning with corporate goals and financial targets.Develop and monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics across all locations.Conduct regular store visits, foster high-performance culture, and ensure operational compliance.Lead expansion planning, including market assessments and new store opportunities.Drive revenue, profitability, cost control, AR, and credit processes in partnership with Finance.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to enhance customer acquisition and retention.Oversee inventory management and distribution efficiencies with a focus on customer satisfaction.Recruit, coach, and develop strong store leadership teams.Leverage ERP (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM tools for data-driven decision-making.Represent Stores in strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.Travel may include short notice visits, to support regional operations and store management.Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures and actively embody our core values in every interaction and responsibility.All other duties, per the needs of the business.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED5–7 years’ experience in multi-site retail or wholesale distribution leadership with full P&L responsibility.Strong leadership, customer focus, and entrepreneurial mindset.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ERP/CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field required.Experience in paper, packaging, or related industries a plus.HOW WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU Medical, Dental, & VisionProfit-SharingGenerous Time Off PoliciesTuition Reimbursement ProgramMilitary Leave PayVoluntary Dependent Life InsuranceAccident and Critical IllnessCompany Paid Life InsuranceWellness ProgramCompany Paid Holidays401k Retirement Savings PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramVeteran’s Day PayLimited Purpose F.S.A and Dependent Care F.S.ACompany paid Short Term Disability, and Long-Term DisabilityDon’t meet every single requirement?
