Our solutions span device testing, supply chain automation, reverse logistics, and data analytics—enabling clients to improve quality, recover value, and operate more sustainably.If you’re passionate about creating impact, driving growth, and helping businesses operate smarter, this is the place for you.About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Director, Strategic Accounts to lead key client relationships across North America and drive growth within our expanding enterprise customer base.In this high-visibility role, you’ll oversee strategic partnerships with some of our most important customers—guiding account performance, building strong executive relationships, and leading initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.You’ll partner closely with our engineering and operations teams to solve challenges, shape strategic roadmaps, and ensure customer success. This isn’t a maintenance role—it’s a growth leadership opportunity at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution.✈️ Travel RequirementThis role involves up to 50% travel, both domestically and internationally, to engage with customers, collaborate with internal teams, and support operational execution.What You’ll Do:Drive Revenue & Growth: Meet financial targets through expansion, upsell, and strategic account development initiatives.Strategic Account Leadership: Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.Customer Success: Lead regular client reviews (MMRs, QBRs), deliver on SLAs, and strengthen customer satisfaction and retention.Relationship Management: Build deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders; act as a strategic advisor and escalation point.Operational Oversight: Partner with operations and engineering to ensure flawless delivery and proactive issue resolution.Innovation & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to design solutions that meet evolving customer needs.Growth Initiatives: Support business development in areas like trade-in programs, SaaS analytics, and automation; explore partnership and channel opportunities.What You’ll Bring:10+ years’ experience in strategic account management, enterprise client success, or business development, ideally within mobile, telecom, SaaS, supply chain, or technology industries.Proven success managing large, complex customer relationships with accountability for revenue and growth.Strong financial acumen and a track record of hitting revenue and retention targets.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level.Strategic thinker with operational discipline—able to move seamlessly from long-term vision to day-to-day execution.Experience working in global organizations and navigating cross-cultural business relationships.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
