Our team is committed to delivering personalized service and innovative solutions to help our clients succeed.About the Role:As Director of Technology you will develop, plan, and implement an information technology (IT) strategy that meets the company’s business needs, delivers optimal return on investment, and maintains utmost security. You’ll partner with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with business and financial objectives, lead modernization efforts, and ensure the IT infrastructure reliably supports all computing, data, and communication needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the IT team, overseeing projects and assignments to drive operational efficiency and innovation.Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI, and anticipate their impact on organizational strategy.Develop, manage, and ensure adherence to the IT budget.Communicate company goals, projects, and timelines across the organization.Define long-term IT requirements and craft strategies for system development and procurement.Serve as the senior point of contact for end users to identify IT needs and deliver effective solutions.Ensure all IT operations comply with applicable government regulations.Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Progressive experience managing information systems and technology at increasing levels of responsibility.Strong expertise in IT system architecture and cybersecurity, with a proven ability to implement secure, resilient infrastructures.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to responsibly integrate AI into business processes and IT systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop orderly processes to accomplish them.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comparable productivity software.Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.Industry experience in retirement planning or financial services is preferred.Position Details:Full-time, exempt position with benefits.A hybrid schedule could be offered.Reports to: Partner.Why Join Us?Growth trajectory and advancement opportunities.Flexible work-life balance, bonus structures, deferred compensation plan, car allowance, and more.Collaborative, humble culture—egos at the door.Opportunity to shape the future of IT in a dynamic, supportive environment.Ready to shape the future of technology leadership?
