There are exciting and challenging years ahead for the University and we are sure that your contribution will assist us to achieve our goals this year and beyond.Vacancy for: Faculty of Physical TherapyDuties & Responsibilities:The director oversees the clinic's overall operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective staff management. This role involves administrative duties, and clinical supervision to achieve both patient success and broader organizational goals.Essential Qualifications and Experience:Educational Background:• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (required)• Postgraduate studies are preferred• Valid license/registration to practice physical therapy• Certifications in healthcare management, quality assurance, or leadership.Clinical Experience:• Minimum 5–10 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic accreditation standards.• Strong understanding of:o Musculoskeletal, pediatrics, and neurological rehabilitationo Evidence-based clinical practiceso Patient safety and care qualityAdministrative and Operational Skills:• Experience in clinic operations management, including:• Scheduling and staff coordination• Patient flow optimization• Equipment and facility management• Familiarity with health insurance procedures, billing, and documentation• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and clinic management softwareLeadership and Interpersonal Skills• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities• Excellent communication with staff, patients, and referring physicians• Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance• Conflict resolution and team-building skills.Application Instructions:Interested applicants are invited to submit their curriculum vitae including employment history, clinical experiences, certificates of healthcare management, quality assurance, or leadership.Applications will be reviewed until the position is filled.
