The candidate should have a deep awareness of the data management life cycle, exceptional project management skills, and a solid grasp of benefits management are essential for effectively managing and executing large/complex data-centric programs.Experience: · Data Platform Modernization: Move legacy/on-premises applications, workloads, data lakes, lake houses, data warehouses, and data marts to cloud platforms· Building platforms/applications that rely on the consolidation of disparate types of data from multiple source systems that need harmonization across dimension· Data lifecycle management projectsKey Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of complex data transformation initiatives, engaging directly with business leadership.Manage programme governance, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery oversight.Translate business needs into structured delivery plans, ensuring data initiatives drive real business value.Deliver large-scale, end-to-end programmes – from concept and design through to full implementation and benefits realisation.Act as the critical bridge between business teams and delivery squads (technical teams are adjacent but not within your remit).Champion best practices in change management and data adoption within the insurance context.Experience is Databricks, Power BI, DevOps,
