Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader who combines top-tier consulting experience with hands-on medtech expertise to join our China core strategy team. This role integrates corporate strategy, PMO governance, and innovation incubation to drive our Innovation Center, Customer Experience transformation, and key business growth initiatives.The Opportunity:This is a high-impact leadership role. You will identify and capture structural growth opportunities in the dynamic China healthcare market through rigorous analysis. You will lead the PMO function to govern the portfolio of corporate initiatives and personally incubate innovative projects. We are looking for a leader with a stellar academic background and the ability to translate high-level strategy into measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:1. Corporate Growth Strategy FormulationMarket Intelligence & Strategic Planning: Conduct in-depth analysis of China healthcare policies, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify corporate-level growth opportunities. Formulate long-term strategies to sustain and expand our market leadership.Innovation Strategy: Pioneer innovation strategies to keep the organization at the forefront of the industry, particularly in digital health, AI, and integrated diagnostics.2. Strategic Initiative Management & PMOPortfolio Governance: Establish and manage the portfolio of corporate strategic initiatives. Design and optimize PMO processes to ensure disciplined execution across cross-functional teams.End-to-End Execution: Spearhead project implementation planning and advise on problem-solving approaches for key strategic and operational initiatives. Govern the full project lifecycle, tracking progress and ensuring milestone success.3. Innovation Incubation & Customer Experience EnhancementInternal Venture Building: Initiate and lead innovative projects exploring new business solutions enabled by both traditional and emerging technologies, creating new growth engines.Customer Experience Redesign: Integrate customer insights into the innovation process, enhancing customer journeys and experience design to drive loyalty and brand value.4. Ecosystem & External CollaborationStrategic Partnerships: Identify and build strategic alliances with external partners, including research institutions, clinical centers, and innovative startups, to accelerate innovation and co-develop market solutions.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree or above from a top-ranked university is mandatory. MBA, Biomedical Engineering, or Clinical Medicine background is highly preferred.Experience:8+ years of progressive work experience with a solid background in strategy, business development, or strategic marketing.Must have prior experience as a Consultant at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., MBB), followed by corporate experience in the Medical Device or broader Healthcare sector. Experience in customer-facing or business operations roles is a strong plus.Core Competencies:Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of commercial operations and the key levers that drive business growth.Strategic & Structured Thinking: Proven ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into clear strategic frameworks and actionable plans.Influence & Communication: Excellent bilingual communication skills (Chinese & English) with the ability to build consensus and drive execution across business units and functions.Proactive Leadership: A self-starter who can initiate and lead projects, driving change in a dynamic environment.
