Director (Structures – Planning and Delivery)Reporting to the Deputy Chief Engineer (Structures), you will lead TMR’s structural engineering functions across planning, design and delivery. You will provide expert technical advice, oversee design and project execution, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in structural practices. Within TMR, the Engineering and Technology Division provides specialist technical leadership supporting the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of the state's road network.Dean & Ling Executive have been engaged to recruit a senior executive leader for TMR's Engineering and Technology team in the role of Director - Structures Planning and Delivery.The RoleAs a senior executive, you will report to the Deputy Chief Engineer (Structures) and provide leadership across TMR's structural engineering functions. You will lead technical teams delivering design and construction services for the Department's structural road infrastructure assets and act as the principal advisor on planning, design, and construction matters.This role offers a rare opportunity to leave a lasting mark on Queensland's transport network.
