We accelerate their success by empowering them to think and act differently to drive exceptional results.Job DescriptionEthos Urban recently announced they joined Colliers.The fast-growing team of over 160 talented professionals across Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane have a proven track record of accelerating Australia’s urbanization and development.With Ethos Urban under the Colliers banner our planning, urban design, economic, social advisory & engagement experts can deliver even more value through expanded resources, data-driven insights, and a strong national presence backed by local expertise.It also provides these experts with a strong competitive advantage, being able to unlock new business opportunities through access to Colliers entire range of property and advisory services.What Is Our RoleWe seek to appoint a Planning Director who will lead our pursuits in the Melbourne CBD, select urban renewal precincts and other built-form developments in other key locations.The ideal person will Have a strong ability to originate new business organically complimented with industry relationships particularly in CBD planning and planning for medium to high rise development that can be leveraged to assist in the growth of our offering.Seasoned in statutory planning with a proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Provide advice directly to a range of clients across both private and government authorities.Competency to project manage other staff including delegating, supervising, and reviewing work and delivering projects within budget and scope.QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualificationClient relationships within the Melbourne CBD and Inner Urban precincts.Mindset that creates high value and solutions focused.Experience within professional consulting services or the public sector, such as local or state government.Ethos Urban is the latest in several successful acquisition’s that Colliers has made in the region.
