Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Marrickville, NSW. The primary responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, collaborating with teams to align business strategies, and overseeing sales efforts. The role also involves market research, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship managementStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to conduct market research and develop growth strategiesTeam collaboration and organizational skillsKnowledge of the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plusProficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales or project management toolsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
