Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Consultant located in Melbourne, VIC. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for effectively managing customer relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and maintaining strong knowledge of Chadstone Motor Group’s vehicles, services, and products. The role includes engaging with potential clients, providing personalized advice, facilitating seamless customer experiences, and maintaining timely follow-up communications. Additional responsibilities involve assisting with promotional events and identifying opportunities to increase revenue through value-added services. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targetsExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional client experiencesEffective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of the automotive industry and enthusiasm for vehicles and related servicesProficiency in CRM systems and the ability to track and manage sales processes effectivelySelf-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in automotive sales is highly desirableA valid driver’s license and the ability to drive vehiclesCommitment to continuous learning and professional development
