Centre Director / Service Manager Sparrow Early Learning EaglebyFulltime position As our Trailblazing Team Captain (aka. Service Manger), you’ll be the guiding star of our early learning community—leading with passion, purpose, and a sprinkle of fun! You’ll take charge of the day-to-day operations of the Service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and in line with company policies, sector standards and compliance requirements.This is no ordinary leadership role—you’ll be the coach, cheerleader, and go-to problem solver for a team of dedicated educators who are passionate about shaping young minds. We’re proud to be a trusted part of the Eagleby community.What You’ll NeedBachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & CareMinimum 3 years experience in a current ELC Centre Manager/Director roleProven experience in understanding and supporting accounts, rosters & staff needs, positive culture, building & engaging community presence and driving occupancy growthA strong understanding of policies, state legislations, EYLF and the NQS.
