Director Supply Chain Operations

Our client is seeking a Director, Supply Chain for an excellent hybrid position located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX (DFW) area. Responsibilities include:Develop and implement company-wide Supply Chain Strategy, providing strategic decision-making support, visibility, and recommendations to the senior leadership team.Oversee centralized procurement and warehouse operations, including inventory, assemblies, parts, consumables, freight, and supplier contracts & pricingCreate and monitor KPI methodologies, partner with internal teams to enhance dashboard and reporting capabilitiesPartner with internal teams for Demand ForecastsLead ERP material planning and procurement automation implementationChampion continuous improvement processes and projectsManage and mentor direct reports, as well as training and succession planningEnsure all relevant compliance for valuation and controlsQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or relatedMinimum 5 years of experience in progressive supply chain or strategic consulting positionsAPICS or CSCMP certification a plusERP Implementation experienceWarehouse automation experience a plusStrong analytical and negotiation skillsExcellent presentation, communication, and executive leadership engagement skillsExperience with change management and ability to influence change across a matrix environmentAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsMust operate with a high-level of accuracy, professionalism, and integrityAbility to travel up to 25% within Texas
