Be responsible for formulating and optimizing supply chain planning processes and strategic schemes, covering self-operated warehousing plans, inventory management, inventory distribution, etc., aiming to enhance inventory turnover rate;2. Work closely with the warehouse and distribution fulfillment department to ensure the consistency between inventory layout and warehouse network layout, propose and implement product selection and inventory matching plans, and support warehouse network transformation or upgrade projects;3. Be responsible for the system product capability building and process optimization requirement management related to business inventory optimization, assess the rationality and necessity of the requirements, promote the implementation of solutions, improve inventory utilization efficiency, and reduce inventory overstock and loss.4. Proactively explore potential opportunity points in supply chain business and products, conduct data analysis and promote project implementation, regularly summarize experiences, form effective analysis models, and enhance team collaboration efficiency.Qualifications1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in supply chain management, logistics management, business administration or related fields is preferred;2. Work Experience: 5-10 years of experience in supply chain inventory management in medium to large-sized Internet companies or offline retail enterprises, with relevant working experience in planning, inventory management, or inventory side product management, etc.3. Competency Requirements:- Professional Skills: Possess the ability to output supply chain planning processes and strategic solutions, including but not limited to self-operated warehousing plans, inventory management, inventory distribution, etc. It can improve the inventory turnover rate; Familiar with the collaborative work of inventory layout and warehouse network layout, and capable of outputting product selection and inventory matching solutions. Possess the demand management capabilities for the construction of relevant system product capabilities and process optimization in the inventory optimization end of the business. Be capable of proactively identifying opportunity points in supply chain business and products, providing data analysis and promoting implementation.
