Position Summary:We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Talent Acquisition (TA) to lead and scale our talent acquisition function. This role will be responsible for designing and executing innovative sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding strategies to attract top talent aligned with our company’s goals and culture.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in recruitment strategy, leadership hiring, data-driven decision-making, and building high-performing TA teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead the overall talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business objectives.Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, quality of hire, and an exceptional candidate experience.Partner with executive leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs and plan proactive hiring strategies.Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the job market.Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing TA team, including recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.Leverage data and recruitment analytics to inform decisions and optimize processes (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics).Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices.Drive strategic initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.Manage recruitment vendors, tools, and platforms to support scalability and efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.10+ years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, including 5+ years in a leadership role.Proven experience building and leading TA teams in fast-paced and dynamic environments.Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Data-driven, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively.
