ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted family office advisor to family office clients, UHNWIs, and privately held businesses on cross-border and Singapore tax mattersLead client engagements involving bespoke wealth structuring, succession planning, asset protection, trust and estate planning, and philanthropic structuresExpertise in helping client with the establishment of single-family offices in Singapore and Hong KongAdvise on fund solutions as well as the structuring of investment vehiclesAdvise on the establishment and ongoing management of single and multi-family offices, including governance, compliance, and regulatory considerationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, family office advisors, trustees, legal counsel, and other intermediariesDrive business development and contribute to the strategic growth of the family office in Southeast AsiaKeep up to date with changes in tax legislation and developments impacting the family office sector, both in Singapore and globally.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including corporate tax, international tax, legal, and advisory services to deliver comprehensive client solutionsQualificationsMinimum 7 years of progressive tax compliance and business consulting experienceFluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese to facilitate effective communication and presentation with clientsExperience in business development (e.g. expanding client relationships, lead generation, or securing new engagements)Strong client service orientation with multi-generational wealth planning, trusts, and estate/ gift tax matters relevant to family office clientsProven track record of managing multiple complex client engagements simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery
