Role: Disability CoordinatorLocation: LondonSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 AnnuallyRegent College London is seeking a Disability Coordinator to provide specialist support for students with disabilities and specific learning differences. Working within the Student Support team, you will offer guidance on DSA applications, interpret diagnostic and needs assessment reports, and develop tailored support plans and reasonable adjustments. You will also contribute to wellbeing initiatives, deliver workshops, and help staff develop inclusive practice.Key responsibilities include:Providing advice to students with disabilities, long-term conditions, and mental health conditionsCoordinating support plans and removing barriers to learningMaintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory complianceLiaising with external organisations and internal stakeholdersSupporting service development through monitoring and feedbackActing as a Safeguarding Lead (training provided)Person Requirements:A degree (or equivalent experience), strong knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and DSA processes, familiarity with assistive technologies and inclusive practice, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the flexibility to work across multiple campuses, including some evenings and weekends.Compliance StatementSuccessful applicants will be required to complete pre-employment checks, including a criminal records check, two references, ID and Right to Work verification, and education confirmation.
